Description

Reproduction of Eliseu Visconti's loosely painted study of tall wind-blown trees against a bright blue sky and a large pale cloud. Fresh, breezy and luminous.

Tall, thin trees rise across the left and centre of the picture, their trunks dark and their foliage rendered in loose, wind-blown clusters of green and grey. To the right a large pale cloud billows against a vivid turquoise-blue sky, and only a hint of a rooftop, suggested in dark strokes, appears near the bottom edge. The vivid blue of the sky is the star, with the cloud's soft edges and pale centre glowing against it, while dark greens and greys ground the trees below. The mood is fresh, open and breezy, like a bright day with a passing wind. The original is a landscape study; this is a reproduction of it.

Eliseu Visconti's brushwork is quick and unblended, and the study reads as an open-air look at sky and treetops, with light and weather as the true subject.

FAQ

Is this an original artwork?
No. This is a modern fine art reproduction printed on 200 gsm matte fine art paper, not an original or hand-painted work.

What size should I choose?
30x40 cm suits a shelf, a desk or a gallery wall of several small pieces. 50x70 cm is the usual choice for a single print above a bed, a sofa or a console table. 60x90 cm works as a standalone focal point on a large empty wall.

Does the print come framed?
Only if you choose a frame or canvas in the options, where they ship to your country; both arrive ready to hang. An unframed print ships without a frame, and every size matches a standard frame format, so it fits off-the-shelf frames.

How is my order printed?
Each print is made to order at the partner facility closest to you, which keeps delivery times short and shipping distances low. The product page shows where your print is made: locally in your country, or in the closest country with a partner facility.

Can I return it?
Yes. You can return a print within 14 days of delivery. A damaged or defective print is replaced free of charge if you tell us within 30 days of receiving it. Returns go to our address in Poland, and the return shipping is at your cost; a damaged or defective print does not need to be sent back.
